The Casper College Paralegal Program will offer free legal services during the fall semester.

Current students of the paralegal program, under the supervision of an attorney, will provide assistance.

“Cases are limited to simple civil matters and we are not authorized to handle any criminal matters. We can help with debt collection issues, uncontested divorce, guardianship, name change, simple will, adoption, etc.,” said Mary Kubichek, Casper College paralegal instructor.

“While the legal advice is free, clients must have a financial need and will be responsible for court costs and expenses. This service is available not only to Casper College students and employees, but to the community as well,” she noted.
